At Asteria Candles, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.
